Each year, Réseau Mentorat honours the outstanding contribution of individuals and organisations involved in promoting mentoring and fostering entrepreneurial success.

Aline et Marcel Lafrance Award

The Aline et Marcel Lafrance Award highlights the quality of the work and the exceptional contribution of a mentor who has obtained the "Gold" or "Diamond" level of recognition, and is committed to supporting Quebec entrepreneurship through mentoring.

This award is presented by Power Corporation of Canada.

Mentoras Award

The Mentoras Award is presented annually by Réseau Mentorat to an individual (excluding mentors or chief mentors) or organisation whose exceptional contribution has fostered the advancement and promotion of mentoring for entrepreneurs in Quebec.

This award is presented by RBC.

Mentor recognition

Réseau Mentorat's mentors benefit from a recognition programme that highlights their commitment and dedication to their mentees and community.

Diamond" level certification, the highest recognition awarded to Réseau Mentorat's mentors, was awarded to 38 mentors at the Moments Mentoras Gala on November 16th, 2022, by event sponsor and Réseau Mentorat major partner, the National Bank of Canada.
