Mentoring for social economy enterprises

Collective entrepreneurs not only face the challenges applicable to any growing organization, they must also contend with the added complexity of sharing power with multiple stakeholders, including the board of directors they report to. Réseau Mentorat is proud to support this project spearheaded by mentors dedicated to providing mentoring services to entrepreneurs working in the social economy sector. This was the impetus behind the creation of a provincial steering committee composed of Réseau Mentorat mentors and representatives of the co-op and associative communities, as well as a representative of the Réseau Mentorat national council.

Who is this program for?

This program was developed specifically for heads of Quebec-based cooperative or associative enterprises (non-profits).

How to be part of the program:

  • Fill out the application form;
  • Pay the Réseau Mentorat membership fees and, if required, the administrative fees for your local point of service;
  • Your application and profile will be reviewed by the chief mentor and coordinator of one of our social economy mentorship cells (Laval, Montréal and Québec City) or your local point of service (elsewhere in the province). You may be contacted for further information in order to find the most suitable social economy mentor for your needs.
